It was a day of anticipation and our main objective for this trip. It was a day of farewell and the celebration of the fond memories of my Nanny (Natalie Christie) & Koro (Charlie Christie). Most of the whanau came to the marae to pay their respects and share their stories of my Grandparents, most of their stories made us laugh while we remember it.
